The Fire & Ice Themed Tiara Ball was purely decadent.
The 43rd annual Tiara Ball set a new standard for gala events with decadent cocktail and dining experiences, spectacular performances and elaborate decor. President Joey Stotsky, chair Manya Lowry, vice chair Carol Harrison, along with members of the Royal Dames and Royal Knights and more than 230 guests celebrated the many advances in cancer research being performed at the Rumbaugh-Goodwin Institute at Nova Southeastern University.
The Fire & Ice Tiara Ball was held at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six Crystal Ballroom on Saturday, November 17th. The evening began with a cocktail reception featuring Christofle of Bal Harbour, Marky’s caviar and champagne from Roederer Estate. Dinner and dancing followed with Heat Wave and live fire dancers performing. The ballroom was completely draped as Joel Patrick Studios created an extraordinary, red and crystal décor to symbolize fire and ice.
Platinum Tiara Sponsors Carol Harrison, Nova Southeastern University and Lorraine Thomas, along with Gold Tiara Sponsors Sharon Gustafson and Barry Florescue were the top sponsors of the Tiara Ball again this year. All funds raised for the gala, such as through sponsorships, journal ad sales, donations, underwriting and ticket sales are designated for cancer research.
