Application For Membership

*The tax-deductible Membership Lifetime Pledge is $3,000.00 which can be paid all at once or $600.00 for 5 years. Purchase of an Annual Tiara Ball ticket or contribution of equal value is also required. Members are expected to volunteer as part of at least 1 event committee each year.
